Name (human): Ioann Sokoll (used to be Johan Habicht)
Personality: Kaliningrad is quite possibly the most militarized part of Russia, and it shows. He's strict, determined to keep military order at all times, and far too cocky in himself. Step a toe out of line and he'll pistol whip you back to where you belong and then laugh in your face. While he's very loyal to his superiors and technically disciplined, he's also possibly a touch on the crazy side.
On the surface, he's completely part of Russia - he speaks Russian, his English is accented with Russian, he drinks plenty of vodka, and he willingly goes along with his nation's plans to become one with everyone. Looking at him you might never guess that once he was part of Prussia.
But underneath his clothing he still wears his Iron Cross, and every once in a while defiance flashes through those brilliant red eyes of his. He has not forgotten, not yet.
(Also, don't let him get drunk. Trust me on this.)
